A major pipeline company is testing ORANGE-SOL™ INDUSTRIAL FORMULA for use on site to clean the lead putty from the threads as well as the crude oil and sludge residue. They use a particular type of scrubber that feeds the product through the brushes as it scrubs the threads. This machine also flushes out the pipe both inside and out. All of the solvent is captured and fed back into a drum. They are testing the use of a five micron filter bag to capture the sludge and pipe putty so they can reuse the ORANGE-SOL™ INDUSTRIAL FORMULA.
