ORANGE-SOL™ INDUSTRIAL FORMULA has been found to be very effective at cleaning TRANSFORMERS. Both new and used or re-built units are being cleaned with ORANGE-SOL™ INDUSTRIAL FORMULA. In most cases, large DIp TANKS are used to lower the housings into the ORANGE-SOL™ INDUSTRIAL FORMULA and let them soak. This cleans both the inside and outside of all the old residues that had to be removed. They then wipe them down or blow dry them. With greater than a 50,000 volt dielectric strength, ORANGE-SOL™ INDUSTRIAL FORMULA has also been successfully tested as a heat transfer fluid in TRANSFORMERS.
